• Truly loyal customers do not need to be constantly sold to or reminded of the brand, they already believe in it. The brand should be invisible in the sense that it does not need to shout for attention. The product or experience speaks for itself.
  "Customers as ambassador" is the outcome of getting this right. When a brand serves customers so well that they voluntarily recommend it to others — they become unpaid salespeople. Word of mouth driven by genuine satisfaction

• In India, avg land size is ~1.1 hectares which is small and this directly causes farming output to be unproductive. India is often considered as socialist leaning nation and I feel that Collective farming could increase productivity. Already supply chain integration is there, with Silos and Mandi (APMC). MNREGA along the similar lines is a complementary. Incentives and corruption could be the major blockage.
